Acclaimed author Clarence Nero to hold book signing in mobile

Mobile, Ala. – Acclaimed author Clarence Nero will hold a book signing at the Mobile Arts Council on Saturday, August 22 from 2-5 pm.  The book signing is hosted by FUSION and the Mobile Arts Council.

Nero will be promoting his latest novel Too Much of a Good Thing Ain’t Bad, the sequel to Three Sides to Every Story.  The author’s official website describes the novels as “a love triangle set in the 9th Ward of New Orleans that spins a wrenching story of desire and survival with a BIG message about sex and sexuality in urban America”.  Nero will lead a discussion on the novel beginning at 3 pm. Copies of the novels will be available for purchase.

Nero, a native of New Orleans, has been praised by many prominent writers, including E. Lynn Harris, Dr. Maya Angelou and Earnest Gaines.  Dr. Angelou called him “one of our most promising young authors” after reading a copy of Three Sides to Every Story and decided to host a book signing in his honor in her hometown, Winston-Salem, N.C.   He has been featured in national publications, including The San Francisco Chronicle, Ebony and the Winston-Salem Chronicle.

Please spread the word. It is something different for Mobile.  The books will be selling for a discount that can’t be beat.
